Residential HVAC Selling Service Technician - $2 Million Annual Sales Contributor

This role is designed for a skilled closer who excels at identifying opportunities during service and maintenance calls, confidently presenting premium solutions, and effectively handling customer questions, objections, and price concerns . We are looking for a competitive, professional, and ethical performer who combines technical credibility with strong closing instincts and consistently converts opportunities into results while working as part of a high-performance team About the Role 100% Commission Pay The ideal candidate will: Be extremely competitive and ambitious Have broad AC product knowledge so they can sell replacements, de humidifiers, ductwork, insulation, IAC and repair solutions. Must have good raport with customers and be able to tactfully answer questions and handle objections Run residential service calls, scheduled maintenance, and estimate jobs. Parts, other than IAQ, will be installed by others Participate in an after-hours service rotation Communicate effectively, professionally and kindly with homeowners and coworkers Work seamlessly with office staff and maintain a non-confrontational, team-oriented approach in all interactions Required Experience Documented HVAC sales of at least $2 million in last 12 months Sales experience in: 2 stage and inverter systems Dehumdifiers Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products Air flow knowledge and Ductwork replacements Blown-in insulation Compensation This position offers a highly incentive-based compensation structure. We offer one of the highest compensation plan in the area.
