Full time Job Details Perform any and all maintenance of 2 complexes in Lykens, PA. Duties will include replacement of windows, doors, plumbing, receptacles, and appliances. For vacant units you may patch walls and ceilings, replace cabinets, carpet, and flooring. There are just 2 complexes in the Lykens, PA that you will report to daily. Schedule is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. No on-call schedule. Requirements 3+ years of building maintenance/property maintenance/construction. Mechanically inclined and knowledge of using hand and power tools. Able to read tape measure and blueprints if needed. Communication and personable skills.
