As a 501C3 charitable organization, employment at Avenues meets the requirements for PSLF participation. Avenues currently has a Residential Manager position available in Park Ridge.
Responsibilities include:
Administer personnel: Maintain communication with all staff Participate in hiring and firing for program Provide supervision and support to direct care staff including on call support Train direct care staff Maintain staff payroll and staff scheduling Participate in performance reviews for direct care staff Assist accounts manager to oversee resident's accounts Work in conjunction with case managers to assure program implementation and proper monitoring; Complete paperwork necessary to maintain program, including monthly safety mtgs; Responsible for promote the care, safety and comfort of persons served and their environment. This includes maintaining the safety log; Administers medication under Rule 116 if required; Review incident, accident and other medical reports and make referrals as necessary; Participate in planning, coordinating and implementing activities; Assure an active Advisory Council and provide support as necessary; Serve as liaison between families, vendors and other agencies as needed; Keep informed of current trends and issues affecting persons served; Assume positions on committees within Avenues; Participate in on-going training for the purpose of career growth and development; Perform other duties as required or assigned

Healthcare Workers Registry Education :
Bachelors degree but would consider with high school degree and applicable experience for the right candidate.
Salary:
Depending on education and experience, based on a level system, starting salary range between $48,600
