Job Description

Job Overview Northwest Regional Housing Authority is hiring for two part-time positions of Residential Manager/Maintenance Technician Are you a people-focused leader with a knack for operations? Do you enjoy the beauty of scenic places? Come join our team as a residential manager. We are seeking an organized individual with the ability to work independently who would enjoy making a difference in the lives of others by facilitating housing stability. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining both occupancy and safe and welcoming environment at one of our affordable housing communities. Knowledge of basic maintenance and computer skills is required. Management and low-income housing experience is preferred but not required. Not required to live on site.
Job site locations:
Leslie, AR or Jasper, AR Responsibilities:
  • The ability to be trained and retain knowledge of leasing and resident retention, use of office equipment, computer software and rent collections.
  • The ability to be trained and retain knowledge of tenant recertification in accordance with subsidized housing programs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
  • Respond to resident requests promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential problems and facilitate necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure compliance with regulations related to the property.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with residents and senior staff.
  • Negotiate service contracts for specialized repairs or services.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.

From $14.00 per hour
