Residential & New Construction Cleaner

About Us:

CJ's Fresh Start Cleaning Services LLC is a locally owned and fully insured cleaning company, proudly serving our community with integrity and high standards. As demand grows, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team and help our clients feel the fresh start they deserve!

Responsibilities :

Perform residential and commercial cleanings (including general, deep, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleans) Follow detailed checklists to meet client expectations Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and perform other cleaning duties Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in client homes and workspaces Report to job sites on time and communicate regularly with the supervisor

Requirements :

Prior professional cleaning experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate Availability must be M-F & every other Saturday. Work begins at 8:30am, and

TYPICALLY

we are finished before 2pm but it can be later or earlier. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, squat, bend, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods Must have a clean background, and consent to a background check. Absolutely no drugs Must be able to take direction and constructive criticism Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor no matter the situation Flexible availability; hours will vary 1099 position Must provide 3 professional references and a resume for consideration
