ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Join our team and make a lasting impact in the Lives of Youth! Fulltime Position Sunday -Wednesday 11-8pm What You' ll do :

• Supervise and Support up to 10 youth.
• Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a safe welcoming environment.
• Maintain cleanliness , program documentation and overall upkeep of the facility.

SPECIFIC DUTIES SUPERVISION OF RESIDENTS

Monitor residents and facility by remaining awake during overnight hours Provide a therapeutic positive behavioral supports, crisis intervention, assisting with the upkeep of the physical environment Transport clients if needed Document activities, behaviors, contacts, and interventions as they occur. 4. Complete all required documentation.

DIRECT SERVICES . 1.

HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT

Hours and days shall be scheduled according to the needs of the program. Overnight 11p-8a

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 25 years of age A baccalaureate degree in social work or psychology and two years of professional experience working with children one year of which must have been in a residential facility for children; A high school diploma or a General Education Development Certificate (G.E.D.) and a minimum of five years professional experience working with children with at least two years in a residential facility for children; or A combination of education and experience working with children as approved by the department. Possess the ability to supervise Be flexible and reliable Be energetic Have excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills REQUIREMENTs Must become certified in Medication Management Must become certified in Therapeutic Behavior Management Background Check will be Conducted Must submit official educational transcripts. Ability to lift 40 lbs.
