• Interior & exterior residential painting
• Prep work including sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and scraping
• Rolling, brushing, and spraying
• Job site cleanup and organization
• Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members
• Maintaining high-quality workmanship Requirements
• Previous painting experience preferred
• Strong prep skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable on ladders
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work full-time hours Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
