Powhatan Tire & Service is growing — and we're looking for a true A-Level Technician who can lead diagnostics, solve complex problems, and produce at a high level. What You'll Be Doing We service 80-100 vehicles per week , providing a steady, consistent workflow with minimal downtime. You'll be expected to confidently handle: Advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, no-start, intermittent issues) Engine performance and repair Steering, suspension, and alignment diagnostics Brake systems and safety repairs Full vehicle inspections and accurate repair recommendations Mentoring and supporting junior technicians when needed What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional automotive experience Proven A-Level diagnostic ability — you can figure out what others can't Strong work ethic and team-first mindset Ability to consistently produce hours and maintain quality

VA State Inspection License:

Preferred (not required) Compensation We offer a high-performing hybrid pay structure (hourly + flat rate) designed to reward top producers while maintaining income stability. $80,000
