Job Description

Overview The Residential Program Coordinator is responsible for implementing and monitoring quality residential services programs, assuring compliance with NH state certification standards, and for the training, supervision, and support of Home Providers. The Residential Program Coordinator ensures services are delivered in accordance with NH state rules and regulations, provides monthly home visits to all assigned programs, identifies health and safety issues in the home, monitors and trains home providers and ensures required documentation is completed in a timely manner. We are looking to fill this role with a dedicated team player who is genuinely invested in serving our population, developing outstanding professionals, and is committed to making a difference each and every day. Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of education experience Three years of experience in a human services field, with at least one year of supervisory experience Must possess the ability to interpret policies and procedures Must have some financial skills Possess the skills necessary to initiate ongoing proficiency training for Home Providers supporting individuals who have a dual diagnosis with complex behavioral and mental health needs Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, contributing clinical and behavioral experience, to create, modify, train, and implement structured behavior plans Able to utilize technology provided to perform the requirements of the job
