Immediately Job Description Make a Difference. Be the Reason a Child Succeeds. Brandon Residential Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable Program Supervisor to help lead our dedicated team in supporting boys and young men within a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment. As a Program Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring high-quality care, staff development, and a positive, therapeutic atmosphere for youth.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and supervision to Residential Counselors, fostering a supportive, accountable team environment. Ensure consistent, strength-based engagement with residents through oversight of daily routines, life skills development, and recreational programming. Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing home-like setting by overseeing household operations including meals, cleaning, and hygiene routines. Coordinate and support the facilitation of structured social and life skills groups. Ensure proper administration and documentation of medications (MAP certification required; training provided). Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with all agency policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working in human services/mental health field with supervisory experience required. Must have a valid ID and
DEEC CORI/DCF
background check. Able to participate in physical interventions. MAP certified a plus.
Schedule:
Sunday 9:00am-11pm Monday 2pm-11pm Tuesday 2pm-11pm Wednesday 12pm-11pm OR Wednesday 12pm-11pm Thursday 2pm-11pm Friday 2pm-11pm Saturday 9:00am-11pm
Salary:
$26.44/HR
