Job Description

Job Overview We're looking for a dependable, motivated Residential Project Associate to assist with residential remodeling projects and maintenance for our single-family rental properties. Responsibilities include helping with fix-and-flip renovations, responding to maintenance requests, running material pickups, and keeping projects moving efficiently. Requirements Experience with residential repairs and remodeling Proficient in carpentry and general repair work Ability to diagnose and handle basic plumbing and electrical issues Experience with drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and general maintenance Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Able to work independently and stay organized Competitive pay based on experience. Consistent work and opportunity to grow with the company.
