Red Letter Roofing is growing our Service Sales team and is seeking relationship-driven sales professionals who want to build a long-term book of business , not chase short-term transactions. What You'll Do Sell roofing service, repair, and maintenance solutions Build long-term customer relationships and referral pipelines Identify service opportunities that convert into larger re-roofing projects Work closely with operations to ensure projects are scoped and executed correctly Represent Red Letter Roofing with professionalism and integrity Ramp & Early Support We recognize that building a book of business takes time. To support new hires during this period: Recoverable ramp draw available during the first 90-120 days (subject to approval) Draw is an advance against future commissions , not a salary Additional early support designed to encourage pipeline and referral development Full performance expectations apply from day one, with coaching and guidance This structure provides early stability without lowering standards .
