Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential properties and short-term rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected according to company standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality. Restock supplies like toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials to ensure the property is fully prepared for new guests. Conduct detailed inspections post-cleaning to verify that all tasks meet quality standards before guest check-in. Communicate effectively with team members and management to report any maintenance issues or inventory needs promptly. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation practices and floor care. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving furniture when necessary. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members. Familiarity with laundry processes and commercial cleaning equipment is a plus. Prior experience in carpet cleaning or custodial roles can enhance your effectiveness in this position.
