Once candidate is found RSU 16 is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Technician II or III to join our team, specializing in supporting students with academic needs. This position will be instrumental in helping students reach their full potential within a structured and supportive self-contained special education program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with students in regular and special education settings
• Be encouraging to all children to achieve success and attain personal goals
• Carry out smooth and effective transitions from one activity to another
• Adapt to meet the needs of all students
• Follow district and building policies and procedures Possible Physical Demands, but not limited to:
• Standing, Walking, Sitting, Kneeling, Bending and Reaching outward
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
