Job Description
Overview Three Creeks Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Respiratory Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team in Pullman, WA. We are a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility focused on providing high-quality care, strong clinical outcomes, and a supportive environment for both residents and staff. This role is ideal for an RT who enjoys building relationships with residents, working collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams, and making a meaningful impact in post-acute and long-term care.
Responsibilities:
Assess residents' respiratory status and monitor oxygen therapy, breathing treatments, and respiratory equipment Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered by physicians Monitor residents using oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, nebulizers, and other respiratory devices Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and providers to support individualized care plans Respond to changes in respiratory condition and assist with emergency interventions as needed Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care and equipment usage Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Assist with infection prevention and respiratory-related compliance standards Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings as neededQualifications:
Current Respiratory Therapist license in Washington State CRT or RRT credential required Current BLS certification required Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, long-term care, or hospital settings preferred Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent resident care standards Why Join Three Creeks Post Acute?
