The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires effective team management, operational excellence, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Utilize POS systems such as Toast for efficient transaction processing. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and safety protocols. Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately. (A

) Develop staff schedules and manage shift assignments to optimize labor costs. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and development. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members. Implement training programs focused on culinary skills, customer service, and operational procedures. Monitor restaurant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Experience Proven experience in restaurant & Bar management or supervisory roles within the food industry. Strong background in quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments preferred. Experience with kitchen management, food production, catering, or banquet services is a plus. Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting in a restaurant setting. (A Must) Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proven experience in the entertainment arena is a strong plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
