Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with care Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain food safety and sanitation standards through proper handling, cleaning, and food storage practices Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and inviting Support food industry operations by managing quick service & fast food restaurant tasks with speed and accuracy Handle cashing out customers accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions Skills Experience in food preparation, food handling, or working in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; previous cashiering experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper kitchen practices Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing Previous restaurant experience or culinary background is highly desirable but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Join us to be part of an exciting team where your energy makes a difference!
