Duties Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety and quality standards, including basic food handling and sanitation practices Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items to enhance sales, and provide friendly service Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring sanitation standards are met throughout the restaurant Assist in food delivery from kitchen to customers or tables, supporting quick service operations Support team members with food preparation, stocking supplies, and maintaining a tidy work environment Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners! Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving supplies Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes a difference!
