Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a quick and friendly manner Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety compliance Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment Handle cash transactions accurately while managing register operations efficiently Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring overall restaurant cleanliness Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
