Job Description:

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of front- and back-of-house operations within a high-volume, upscale hospitality environment. This role is responsible for leading teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all service periods. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards Lead, train, and develop management and hourly teams across all departments Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and labor management Maintain high standards of guest service, addressing and resolving issues proactively Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and marketing teams to enhance offerings and guest experience Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Analyze operational performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and operational coverage Please note that responsibilities are not all-encompassing and may evolve based on business needs.
