The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with expertise in team management, guest service, problem solving and food safety. Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, food production, and customer service. Oversee and optimize the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring efficiency, aligning operations with strategic goals, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Managing, mentoring, and developing the restaurant team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to provide superior quality and customer service. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste. Understand and monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing customer feedback promptly and effectively. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.Your qualifications:
5-7+ years in a managerial role within the food industry, preferably in quick service fast food or casual dining environments or equivalent combination of education and experience. Assistant GM or GM level experience preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Strong management, training, organizational, delegation and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and vendors and resolve conflict in a professional manner. Strong problem solving skills including the ability to handle challenges, think critically and find effective solutions. Strong team building skills with the ability to develop and sustain a high performing team. Experience in food production processes with a focus on quality assurance. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Certified from a national food safety program Drivers license, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation.
