This is a unique opportunity to be part of launching a new concept and building a team and culture from the ground up while joining a company experiencing strong growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational instincts, a positive and energetic presence, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences while driving team culture and business results. Experience with openings, team building, and creating structure in fast-paced environments is highly valued.

What's Offered:

Base Salary:

$85K-$90K w/ bonus to bring you to $110K to $120

K Bonus:

5% of restaurant profits ( $30K to $40K)

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience as a General Manager New opening experience a plus Proven stability and strong tenure in previous roles High-volume restaurant experience preferred Strong financial and operational acumen, including P&L ownership Proven success developing, mentoring, and leading teams Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences Ability to build culture, create structure, and drive results Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence and visibility This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven leader who wants to play a key role in launching something new while joining a company that values its people, rewards performance, promotes from within, and is building something exciting in the Charleston market.
