Education:

High School Diploma or GED required; College or University degree preferred Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making abilities

Experience:

Relevant supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility Must be 18 years of age Must pass background check criteria and drug test Able to stock shelves and coolers Able to oversee and manage employees and provide direction Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place trash in outside bins Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90% of shift time Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle •
