Restaurant General Manager

Restaurant Manager Location:

Ketchum Public House & Hailey Tap Room Are you a dynamic and experienced hospitality leader? We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House operations at our Ketchum Public House, Hailey Tap Room, and off-site events . This is a hands-on role that blends leadership, organization, and guest experience in a thriving, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Directly manage and support all Retail Front of House staff across multiple locations. Lead staffing efforts, including hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure seamless service. Maintain inventory control and ensure adherence to quality and service standards . Work closely with leadership to uphold the brand's reputation and operational excellence. Split time between office duties, bar shifts, and active floor management .
