We are a highly rated, fast paced, well established locally owned and operated restaurant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, and ensuring a smooth flow of service in our restaurant. in addition to hourly pay, gratuity is earned by facilitating carry-out orders.

Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions. Assist with guest inquiries and ensure their needs are met promptly. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area. Utilize POS systems effectively for managing carry-out orders Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and facilitating carry-out orders. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
