Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards. Work efficiently on the line during service, ensuring timely and accurate execution of orders. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with inventory management and ordering as needed. Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Must have strong sauté/grill experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and terminology. Excellent knife skills and food preparation abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays. Opportunity for overtime for the right candidate.
