Job Description

Blaze Blue Hill General Manager The Blaze Blue Hill General Manager role is designed to provide strong year-round leadership while supporting the seasonal nature of the business. This position oversees daily operations, staffing, scheduling, guest experience, service standards, inventory controls, hiring, training, team accountability, and overall financial performance of the location. The General Manager will also help drive events, strengthen community presence, support daily execution, and continue growing the Blaze Blue Hill brand. During peak season, the focus is hands-on leadership, high-volume execution, staff management, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. During the off-season, responsibilities shift toward planning, recruiting, systems improvement, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and preparing the business for the upcoming season. There is also an opportunity during the off-season to actively work behind the bar and earn tips.
