  • Full-time Smoke on The Water is a new craft BBQ experience in Salisbury, MA.
The design is fast-casual friendly service serving up some of the best scratch side dishes, desserts, and smoked meats with a central Texas BBQ inspiration. The restaurant has a serving line that will allow customers to select their scratch side dishes and the staff will slice their smoked meats in front of them by the pound. Guests enjoy their food family style in our welcoming dining space that includes a full service bar and indoor and outdoor dining areas. Guests will also be invited to view our all wood smokers built in Texas in our adjacent smokehouse and enjoy samples of our smoked meats. At Smoke on The Water, we're passionate about delivering exceptional BBQ, memorable guest experiences, and genuine hospitality. We're looking for a dynamic, high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing teams, and has a true passion for customer service—and of course, all things BBQ. Position Summary The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and inspire the team, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining our culture and standards. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards at all times Hire, train, coach, and motivate front
