Restaurant Manager

We are partnering with a respected, locally owned restaurant group known for delivering high-quality food, authentic hospitality, and a strong, people-first culture. They are looking to bring on a Restaurant Manager to support day-to-day operations and lead from the front in a high-energy, craft-driven setting. This role is built for someone who enjoys being on the floor, engaging with both guests and team members, and taking ownership of the overall guest experience while driving consistent execution.

Compensation & Perks:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations to ensure efficient and consistent service Coach, develop, and motivate team members throughout each shift Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality Work alongside the team during peak hours to support service execution Assist with labor management, scheduling, and shift oversight Promote a positive, team-focused culture while ensuring an excellent guest experience
