Role:

You'll lead daily operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and support a positive, efficient, and respectful workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations Lead, coach, and develop FOH and BOH team members Perform inventory management, ordering, and scheduling Uphold quality, cleanliness, and service standards Help manage financials and drive operational efficiency

Qualifications:

3+ years of restaurant management experience Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Commitment to hospitality, team culture, and accountability ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
