Summary As a Restaurant Manager at Pei Wei Asian Kitchen, you will oversee daily operations and ensure that our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is upheld. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of food safety and service while leading a dedicated team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Supervise and train staff to provide excellent customer service and uphold food safety standards. Monitor food production processes to guarantee quality and freshness in every dish served. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure compliance with health regulations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development. Analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management, preferably within the casual dining sector. Strong leadership skills with a track record of effective team management. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and customers alike. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Experience in kitchen management or food production is essential. Catering experience is a plus but not required.
