Bhaijaan is looking for an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and help create unforgettable dining experiences.

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership and team management skills Experience managing high-volume restaurants Passion for hospitality and guest experience Ability to oversee daily FOH operations smoothly Experience with staff scheduling, training, and service standards Knowledge of POS systems and reservation platforms Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment Weekend and evening availability required

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations Lead and motivate FOH staff Ensure exceptional guest service at all times Handle guest relations and resolve issues professionally Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards Help drive sales, team culture, and overall restaurant performance

Preferred:

Experience in upscale dining or hospitality Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is a plus OpenTable and Toast experience preferred
