Restaurant & Sales Manager Vince Lombardi's Steakhouse Position Summary The Hybrid Restaurant & Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional day-to-day restaurant operations. This role blends front-of-house leadership, guest experience oversight, and proactive sales generation, including group dining, private events, and local business development. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and sales-driven, with a focus on profitability, guest satisfaction, and team leadership Key Responsibilities Restaurant Operations Oversee nightly restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service, quality standards, and cleanliness maintain training and development standards for front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing levels to align with business demand Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Monitor food & beverage quality, presentation, and consistency Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Participate in EOM reporting Sales & Revenue Generation Actively solicit new business, including private dining, events, corporate accounts, and group bookings Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners Identify opportunities to increase revenue through promotions, events, and strategic partnerships Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business Collaborate with hotel sales team (if applicable) to maximize total property revenue Track and report on sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics Participate in F&B Leadership meetings, marketing meetings, & community engagement events Qualifications Qualifications 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience, with proven sales or business development success Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and build client relationships Experience with event planning, catering sales, or hospitality sales preferred Knowledge of POS systems, reservation platforms, and CRM tools Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Demands Ability to lift and move multiple tables and chairs and podiums weighing up to 80 lbs. through a crowded room. This position requires considerable physical activity on a continuous basis throughout the shift for room set up and break downs. Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 100 lbs. Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, and smiling.
