Duties Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management Oversee inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills in food handling, customer service, and safety protocols Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations across the kitchen and dining areas Coordinate shift management, including scheduling, staffing levels, and performance monitoring Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to support restaurant profitability Qualifications Proven experience in food industry management with a strong background in restaurant or hospitality management Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on team management and staff training & development Strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations Experience in managing inventory control, food production, catering, or banquet services is highly desirable Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in a quick service & fast food or casual dining environment Background in managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing operational improvements Hospitality management experience within hotel or bar settings is a plus; barista or coffee experience is beneficial Effective communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and conduct staff evaluations Join us as a Restaurant Manager where your leadership will inspire excellence!
