Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and product quality.

Customer Service:

Lead by example in delivering friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.

Order Accuracy:

Ensure orders are accurate and presented in a visually appealing manner, adhering to company standards.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain a sufficient supply of products.

Training and Development:

Train and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching to enhance their skills and contributions.

Shift Management:

Oversee the opening and closing of the restaurant, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with company policies.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience as a restaurant manager Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff Great leadership skills Familiarity with restaurant management software Demonstrated ability to coordinate a staff We are a dynamic and thriving fast-food establishment located in McKinney, TX.
