In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline processes, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth daily functioning Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills in food handling, customer service, and safety protocols Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and maximize efficiency Supervise kitchen management activities including cooking standards, food safety compliance, and food presentation quality Handle shift management by scheduling staff appropriately to meet customer demand during peak hours Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety standards across all restaurant operations Requirements More than 3 years in restaurant industry - Japanese Kitchen experience a plus Sushi experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively through training, coaching, and performance evaluations Strong skills in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a quick service or casual dining environment using apps like MarginEdge Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally Familiarity with food safety standards and certifications relevant to the food industry Follow Recipes / Measurement Lift 50# plus work Weekends and Holidays Join us as a Restaurant Manager where your leadership fuels an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
