What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Manager , you'll lead daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest has a great experience.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering timely, friendly service and upholding Applebee's standards. Managing inventory, scheduling, and cost controls. Recruiting, training, and developing team members. Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly. Supporting operational excellence—from line checks to accurate paperwork. Jumping in wherever needed—cooking, bartending, or greeting guests. What We're Looking For 2-3 years of restaurant management experience (casual dining preferred). Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Serve Safe Food and Alcohol certifications (a plus). Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
