Job Description
Multi-Unit Manager (District Manager) ERC Hospitality - Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers ERC Hospitality is a fast‑growing restaurant management company with 36 Freddy's locations across CO, AL, NM, and TX. We're driven by excellence, genuine hospitality, and a people‑first culture—and we're looking for a strong Multi‑Unit Manager to help lead our next chapter of growth. What You'll Do Lead multiple Freddy's restaurants to deliver exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. You'll coach and develop leaders, uphold brand standards, and drive results across your district. Key Responsibilities Visit restaurants regularly to ensure top‑tier execution, brand consistency, and team motivation Oversee quality assurance, loss prevention, and operational performance across your market Hold managers accountable to SOPs, KPIs, and financial goals Support staffing strategies and help build strong, stable management teams Maintain organizational charts, succession plans, and development plans Collaborate with HR, IT, Accounting, Facilities, Training, and Executive teams Contribute to companywide strategy and process improvement initiatives Benefits Competitive pay with bonus potential 100% company paid medical, dental, vision and AD&D insurance premiums 401k with employer match (after 1 year of service) 48 hours of sick time (may vary based on state requirements) 80 hours of vacation time (120 hours after 5 years of service) Company-paid holidays (8 annually) Monthly cell phone stipend ($100) Free meals on workdays and additional employee discounts Potential travel and on-going development opportunities Required Experience 2+ years of management experience Strong leadership, coaching, organizational and team‑building skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work varied hours/days to oversee store operations Ability to travel for multi‑day market visits (1-14 days) Ability to work on your feet and freely access all areas of the restaurant 10 hours/day or more Ability to continuously reach, bend, carry and stoop Ability to move or handle items weighing 0-75lbs Valid driver's license Ability to pass background check Mut be able to pass and maintain ANSI Food Safety Manager Certification This position description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the position.
