Elevate Operations. Drive Results. Position Summary Wingstop is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Regional Operations Trainer to support restaurant performance across multiple locations. This role is responsible for conducting in-restaurant evaluations, identifying operational opportunities, coaching team members and leaders, and ensuring compliance with Wingstop standards related to Quality, Service, Cleanliness (QSC), food safety, and guest experience. The Regional Operations Trainer is also a culture champion—bringing positive energy into every restaurant, supporting new initiatives, and recognizing outstanding team members. Key Responsibilities Restaurant Evaluations & Coaching Conduct comprehensive restaurant walkthroughs to assess: Operational performance Guest experience Team member station execution Smart Kitchen/KDS usage Uniform and safety compliance Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) Deliver hands-on, in-the-moment coaching to team members and managers. Partner with Restaurant Supervisors and General Managers to address performance gaps and create action plans. Follow up on training initiatives to ensure accountability and measurable improvement. Training & Development Support the onboarding and development of General Managers, Area Coaches, and other leaders in training. Conduct at least one check-in per training week, including a minimum of two in-person visits during each training cycle. Ensure all Certified Training Restaurants are visited at least twice per quarter. Coordinate with Area Coaches to verify team member certifications remain current. Facilitate General Manager and Above Orientation. Documentation & Reporting Document observations, action plans, and recognition using Zenput and email. Maintain an up-to-date Outlook calendar and weekly schedule. Complete a minimum of three restaurant walkthroughs per week (unless otherwise directed). New Restaurant Openings & Special Projects Travel to support new restaurant openings, acquisitions, and operational rollouts as business needs require. Work Schedule Requirements Minimum 50-hour workweek Work at least 5 of 7 days each week Work one weekend day twice per month Minimum of two evening shifts per week Administrative/reporting time required weekly Key Performance Expectations Thorough and timely completion of all walkthroughs in Zenput Effective real-time coaching during restaurant visits Consistent follow-up on action plans Strong recognition culture within restaurants Immediate correction of any food quality, service, or cleanliness issues Professional representation of Wingstop brand standards Qualifications Previous restaurant leadership, training, or multi-unit operations experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of restaurant systems, standards, and procedures Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Zenput, and operational reporting tools Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Wingstop?
