As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating assistance as a Host/Hostess if needed Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues professionally, and fostering positive guest relations Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Proven ability in upselling menu items to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, and basic math for cash handling Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong communication abilities Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
