Process cash transactions and credit card payments accurately while handling cash safely and securely. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly for maximum satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs confidently. Beverage expertise including cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine pairing, and drink service techniques. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing bills efficiently.
