Duties & Responsibilities Provide supervision and leadership during assigned shifts Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example on the floor Monitor speed of service while multitasking to ensure a positive guest experience Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times Assist with opening and closing the restaurant Oversee both FOH and BOH operations during shifts Support staff scheduling to minimize overtime and meet daily labor and cost goals as assigned by management Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Qualifications Restaurant experience is a must Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a busy environment Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed Compensation & Benefits Starting $12
