Stocking Full Job Description Job Summary:

A Taco Bell Team Member is responsible for delivering friendly, fast, and accurate service while preparing quality food and maintaining a clean, safe restaurant environment. Team Members help create a positive guest experience by working as part of a team, following company standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take customer orders accurately in the lobby, drive-thru, or digital order areas. Prepare food and beverages according to Taco Bell standards. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and workstations. Follow food safety, sanitation, and handwashing procedures. Stock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed. Work quickly and efficiently during busy periods. Handle cash, card payments, and point-of-sale transactions when assigned. Support teammates and managers to keep the shift running smoothly. Follow all company policies, safety rules, and restaurant procedures.

Requirements:

Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move during the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
