Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Restoration Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist with property restoration after water or fire damage. You'll be responsible for removing damaged materials, cleaning and handling contents, and supporting restoration efforts to bring properties back to pre-loss condition.

Responsibilities:

Remove flooring, carpet, padding, and other damaged materials Remove drywall and assist with demolition tasks Handle and organize customer contents safely and carefully Extract water using professional equipment Clean and sanitize areas affected by water damage Clean surfaces and materials affected by smoke or soot Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Work efficiently as part of a team

Requirements:

Must be physically fit and able to bend, twist, and lift without issue. Comfortable working in challenging environments (wet, dusty, damaged properties) Reliable transportation to job sites Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team Previous restoration, cleaning, or construction experience is a plus (but not required) Questions or more information please give us a call at 207-225-5627. @WORK is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) &
