Restoration Estimator

Midwest Restoration is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, driven Restoration Estimator to join our team in Kaukauna, WI. We are seeking someone who understands the restoration industry, takes pride in writing accurate and thorough estimates, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Position Summary The Restoration Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, timely, and well-supported estimates for water, fire, mold, and other mitigation-related restoration projects. Candidates with contents or reconstruction estimating experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Prepare detailed mitigation estimates using Xactimate Review project documentation, photos, moisture readings, and scopes of work Communicate with insurance adjusters and internal teams regarding estimate approvals, revisions, and supplements Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner Supplement and revise estimates throughout the claims process as needed Maintain organized project files and documentation Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to support successful project execution Qualifications 3+ years of restoration estimating experience required; additional experience strongly preferred Restoration industry experience required; insurance industry experience strongly preferred Proficiency in Xactimate required (minimum Level 1 certification) Experience with Symbility and Time & Materials (T&M) billing is a plus Contents and reconstruction estimating experience is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
