Our team is committed to delivering exceptional emergency response, damage restoration, and home improvement solutions while guiding clients smoothly through insurance claims and project management.
Job Overview Position:
Claims Concierge Job Description The Claims Concierge will partner with the project managers to work as a team to ensure that leads are converted to sales and jobs flow through the project phases in a timely manner. The Claims Concierge will be the primary interface with our clients throughout the job process.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process incoming claims from all sources and make initial contact with customers and proactively sell the job.
- Create and maintain jobs in DASH, our project management system.
- Ensure DASH is updated with the most current information.
- Proactively follow-up on jobs in every phase to ensure they are moving through the job phases in a timely manner.
- Maintain consistent communication with customer to provide updates and collect paperwork.
- Create and send contracts.
- Field phone calls, collect appropriate information to either answer the inquiry or dispatch it to the appropriate person.
- Understand the different programs.
- Create paper folders with all necessary job information
- Complete standard reports.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer care skills.
- Ability to empathize and connect with customers.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and answer questions based on information provided.
- Positive working attitude
- willingness to learn and accept new responsibilities.
- Must be comfortable working in fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to multi-task a must.
- Skilled in general PC use (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Xactimate a plus, etc.)
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
- Must pass criminal and background checks.
Salary and Benefits:
