Restoration Technician

Overview BuckCreek Restoration and Home Solutions is seeking a reliable and hardworking Restoration Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will respond to residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, or storm damage. You will play a key role in restoring properties to pre-loss condition while providing excellent customer service during stressful situations. Responsibilities Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services including extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.) safely and efficiently Assist with basic reconstruction tasks when needed (painting, drywall, minor repairs) Follow all company procedures and safety protocols, including proper use of PPE Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and team members on job progress Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles Complete job documentation, photos, and reports accurately Requirements Previous experience in restoration, construction, or general labor is a plus (training provided) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in various conditions Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications IICRC certification (Water, Fire, or Mold) is a plus Experience with restoration equipment and tools Basic knowledge of construction or remodeling Why Join BuckCreek Restoration and Home Solutions? Pay:

$24.30 - $28.30 per hour
