We are now seeking a Retail and Leisure Manager to join our team at Army Aviation Centre SO20 8DYWhat you'll do:

Lead, motivate, and develop retail, leisure, and guest services teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, rotas, training, and performance reviews.

Oversee day-to-day retail and leisure operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

Drive revenue growth and support commercial performance through events, promotions, and operational initiatives.

Monitor budgets, financial performance, and reporting to support business objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

Handle escalated customer issues professionally and use feedback to improve services and operations.

Ensure full compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, fire safety, and company policies.

Conduct risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and maintain accurate compliance records.

Support marketing campaigns, seasonal events, and customer engagement initiatives to increase footfall and brand loyalty.

What you bring:

EssentialPrevious experience managing retail, leisure, hospitality, or customer-focused operations.

Strong leadership, people-management, and team development skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building abilities.

Commercially focused with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance.

Good understanding of health & safety, compliance, and operational procedures.

Proven experience managing client and customer relationships.

DesirableExperience working within a military environment.
