Duties Greet customers warmly, assist with product selections, and provide outstanding customer service to foster a welcoming environment Operate POS systems such as CLOVER to process sales accurately, handle cash transactions Prepare food items efficiently following safety guidelines, sanitation standards, and recipe specifications to ensure quality and consistency Upsell menu items and retail products to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and retail space by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed Follow food safety protocols including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and storage procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and retail items using basic math skills for ordering and restocking Experience Previous experience in food preparation or working in a quick service & fast food restaurant is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as CLOVER is advantageous Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a retail or food industry setting Experience with cashiering, cash handling, and basic math for transactions and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving customers and preparing food Restaurant experience or working in a café or grocery store will be considered valuable assets Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to providing top-notch service while honing your culinary skills.
