LOCATION AND WORK SCHEDULE
Remote, with availability required during Central Time business hoursSeasonal employment: June 1 November 30, 2026
Schedule:
Monday Friday during onboarding (June 1 July 1); Thursday Monday during program season to ensure weekend demo coverageAnticipated 40 hours per week15% travel required to retail locations within assigned region

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Execution and Scheduling Execute the demo program across assigned region in alignment with established strategy and goalsBuild and maintain weekly demo schedules to meet required store coverage and frequency targetsManage day-of execution, including callouts, schedule changes, and last-minute adjustmentsMaintain detailed store notes, including scheduling preferences, patterns, and past performanceConduct regular in-store visits to observe and support demo executionTeam Hiring and People OperationsRecruit, interview, and hire Culinary Team Members (approximately 25 per region) and maintain full staffing throughout the seasonLead all onboarding and training, including payroll, setup, and program education, to ensure team readiness and consistency in executionCommunicate HR policies and expectations to the team; serve as the initial point of contact for personnel questionsProvide ongoing coaching and real-time feedback during demo shiftsMaintain HR logs and document performance, attendance, and any escalationsManage end-of-season offboarding for all Culinary Team MembersDocument and escalate any workplace incidents, including injuries or equipment issues, in accordance with company policyLive Operations ManagementMonitor demos in real time and act as the primary point of contact for team members during shiftsTroubleshoot issues as they arise, supporting team members to ensure smooth executionEnsure demos are delivered in accordance with brand standards and expectationsProgram Performance Tracking and ReportingReview demo photos, surveys, and team feedback following each weekend of demosRecap weekly program performance, highlighting wins and areas for improvementIdentify patterns in product performance and flag issues to leadership as neededAdministrative ResponsibilitiesApprove and audit weekly Culinary Team Member timecards and payroll, making corrections as neededMaintain accurate records across scheduling tools, communications, and team documentation
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
5+ years of experience in food & beverage event production, retail food sampling, or hospitality operationsDemonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, and manage hourly teamsExperience with HR documentation, performance management, and seasonal staffing cyclesStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift and move demonstration equipment up to 50 pounds throughout a shiftDETAILS This is an exempt, seasonal role running June 1 November 30, 2026.
